Its a happy day. Goodbye Esther.
I really had fun today. Thanks to Esther for making that happen. We're always having fun no matter where we are. Anyway, today was kinda like a farewell cum good luck dinner for Esther. Initially I planned to give her a treat at Mezzanine, hyatt for a buffet. But to my disappointment, they only serve it on sunday afternoon. Since the girl is craving for Marche, we decided to settle there.
Had, smoked salmon potatoes, cheese Sausage, Calamari, Some chicken chop in pepper sauce?, Caesar salad... And you know when when making payment at the counter, the cashier looked at us and say "you guys can really eat a lot". Had fun bitching there, hahaha, about her ex-colleague at Kelly Services, i name it the Wilem and James story. laugh out loud man. And best part, we saw this couple, kinda sluttish looking to me. she bought her own food, and her hubby or is it FLING? bought a beer from Marche. Its as if their beer are the greatest thing on earth and trying to conquer the whole world. For goodness sake "NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS ALLOWED". Even kids will know this rule of thumb in any restaurant. Ok, maybe they're too old to be called KIDS! lolx. I think the waitress was really pissed off despite warning her couple of times, yet that aunty continued eating. Then the aunty blamed the uncle and said "KUAI DIAN HE LA, JIAO NI KUAI DIAN HE LIAO" - "Faster drink, ask you to faster drink already" and the waitress said something like "You're very stubborn you know". I think the aunty is drunk.
Walked around Orchard and see some of the best deals in town. I didn't get anything, accompanied her to look for all the girly-neccesities before she starts training. WE LOVE DKNY!
Had a photo taking session at Far East. Its damn cool. Coz' I've turned myself into a mouse. Shall upload it soon. "LAO SHU AI DA MI". Thank her for the photos as well.
We did something stupid while on our way home, our attempt to board the train at Raffles nearly turn out to be joke. We were waiting happily for the train heading towards JURONG EAST VIA WOODLANDS. I was lucky enough to realise that, else I'm think we're still in the midst of home coming journey. We're just joking too much at the station. And when we board the train, we saw MR CAN'T SMILE WITHOUT YOU - Mark from Eye for a Guy. Esther said she have the urge to sing that song in front of him. Walked her home and she treated me Cranberry juice. Nice, soury but a bit too sweet. hahaha! Thanks anyway.
Its gonna be sometime before we can laugh our heads off, bitch around. a sudden rush of sadness. Imagine I can only get to hear from this friend whenever she's back in SIN. Nonetheless, I really treasure the friendship we shared for the past 10 years. Esther, keep all the weird incidence you encounter in a diary alright. Gonna miss you real bad!!
